These terms apply when you use sweetbirdd.com or buy from SWEETBIRDD × AURA SKIN. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. If you create an account, keep your password secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery details.
Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours and packaging may vary slightly.
Skincare: check the ingredients and do a patch test before first use, stop using any product that causes irritation, and seek medical advice if needed. Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Perfumes are flammable — keep them away from heat and open flames.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in Kenyan shillings (KES). Shoppers outside Kenya see prices in US dollars (USD), either set by us or converted from KES at our current exchange rate. The total shown at checkout — including delivery and any discount — is the amount you pay.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we’ll contact you before processing the order, and you can continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm or dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong or we suspect fraud — and we refund any payment in full.
Payment
You can pay online through Paystack (card, M-Pesa and other methods available in your country) or, where offered, pay on delivery. Online orders are confirmed only after Paystack confirms the payment. We never store your card details.
Promo codes
Promo codes have no cash value and one code can be used per order. A code may have an expiry date, a minimum order value or a usage limit, shown at checkout. We may end a promotion at any time, but not for orders already placed.
Delivery
Delivery times and fees are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
You can return eligible items within 7 days of delivery — see our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
Reviews
Only customers who have received their order can review a product. Reviews must be honest and lawful, and may be moderated before they are published.
Intellectual property
The SWEETBIRDD and AURA SKIN names and logos, product photos and website content belong to us and may not be used without our written permission.
Liability
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kenyan law.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
