Shipping & Delivery Policy

We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Kenya — Nairobi and all major towns.

Outside Kenya, shoppers see prices in US dollars and can order online. After you order, we contact you to confirm the delivery option, timeline and any additional costs before we dispatch. If we can’t deliver to your address, we cancel the order and refund you in full.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation, Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Online payments are confirmed as soon as Paystack confirms your payment. Pay-on-delivery orders are confirmed once our team has called or messaged you to check the details.

Delivery times

  • Nairobi and surrounding areas: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Other towns in Kenya: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Outside Kenya: usually 5–14 business days, confirmed with you before dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather or incomplete address details can add time. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

Delivery fees

A flat delivery fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay, in Kenyan shillings (KES) or US dollars (USD) depending on your currency.

Tracking your order

If you have an account, follow every order in My orders: placed, confirmed, shipped and delivered. Guest shoppers get an order number at checkout and can open the order from its confirmation page. Our rider or courier calls the phone number on your order before delivering.

Receiving your order

Please check your package when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, contact us within 48 hours — see our Returns & Refund Policy.

If we can’t reach you after two delivery attempts, we’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery time.
